Affiliate marketing with influencers is one strategy brands can use.
Essentially, they receive a commission when they help you to make a sale.
There are a couple ways to attribute sales:
- Affiliate links to your store that are used on their website or in their bio
- Affiliate products offered in their own online stores
- Affiliate coupon codes they can offer their followers
- Google Adwords: you can judge where your site traffic is coming from / who arrived via the influencer’s social media with UTMS
This is a good strategy when you only want to pay influencers based on sales.
