I would love to recommend several software those I really think helpful in alphabetical order.
- Buffer: It is a software especially for managing your social media accounts. You can streamline any posts, analyze your followers and engage your fans via Buffer. Feel free to connect several different accounts to your user interface. The software is indeed a good choice for startups owners who want to develop their social presence.
- Edraw MindMaster: This one offers professional and quick solutions for any kinds of mind mapping creations for your marketing plans, group brainstorming, team communications, creative thinking and meetings etc. Besides, it has rich preset HD clipart, marks templates, various layout themes, hand-drawn style, slideshow function, cloud sharing, night mode interface, convenient keyboard shortcuts. The price of Edraw MindMaster is budget-free for students, single users, small or middle-sized business. The free version is indeed free forever without any Edraw logo watermark.
- MailChimp: Overall a very easy-to-use email marketing tool. You can set different tasks according to your specific needs and marketing goals. Sending and analyzing emails are also very easy, just input your customer list from excel file, sort your users in groups, quick design your email layout, click “sending” button, and a few days later you can check a detailed report for the results.
- SimilarWeb: How can I ignore this one? I love the tool so much and has used it for years since I was a marketer. For the free version once set up an account you can check for the overall analysis of your website, e.g. traffic analysis, visitors gender, traffic countries, traffic resources etc. It has Chrome version so very, very easy for me to quickly check every website that I was looking for. I also tried Semrush, but personally I think SimilarWeb has more user-friendly dashboard.
- SurveyMonkey: No doubt, really useful. It has been considered as the most popular free online survey tool. I usually used the free version to design for up to 10 questions (if over the number you need to pay for the pro version) in each of my survey. I also love its theme-design feature, and the feedback analyzing function is powerful. You can check the background profile and summary of your participants.
- The Hoth: It is a new one, I recently found it when I was looking for Google Keyword Planner, and The Hoth jumped out. You may have not heard about it but it is indeed very useful for analyzing ans targeting SEO keywords. You can check volume, CPC, trends and competitive figure for each of your keyword. For the free version you can check up to 100 for every keyword you have typed in. I know there are many people recommending a similar one The keyword Tool, but it is not free, when I input a keyword I cannot check even for the volume of it! So I gave up.
- Yoast SEO: Another great tool that I was using for a long time. It has Wordpress version, and for the free online version you can also check SEO details for your work. Overall very convenient and easy to use.
Something called INK for All was mentioned by a colleague. I freaking love it. I’m generating posts quicker. I’m more productive and it’s improving my grammar. Maybe consider looking at INK.
